About
Summer Stages Music Trail brings the fun of a summer music festival to your event. Teams play a group of friends heading to the festival, and a game app guides them to GPS-located stages set up around your venue.
The festival has seven stages, each dedicated to a different genre of music. When a team arrives, the app unlocks a set of challenges: solving puzzles, capturing photos and videos of festival moments and tracking down real facts on the festival’s support website.
Teams plan their route, divide the work and keep moving to make the most of their time, earning points for every challenge they complete.
The highest score wins. The format also works remotely, in hybrid teams or across multiple offices, so colleagues in different cities can attend the same festival.
Learning outcomes
The game creates shared memories and plenty of conversation, which helps teams bond and keeps people talking long after it ends. Many groups are still swapping photos days later. The variety of challenges keeps every personality type engaged.
Every round encourages players to look at how they solve problems and refine their approach. As they get better at gathering and sharing information, their score climbs.
Limited time and resources test team dynamics and push people to get creative and spot opportunities others miss. Teams that split up smartly and regroup quickly usually win.

Most sessions run about 1.5 hours.

Both. We can run it indoors, outdoors or a mix of the two, depending on your venue.
