Samba Rhythm Circle
Hundreds of drums, one beat and an energy you can feel across the room.

About
Want to bring an entire conference to its feet? Samba Rhythm Circle uses the infectious rhythms of Brazilian samba to turn your whole group into one giant drumline, with every person playing their part, right on cue.
Professional musicians start by working with small groups, teaching the basic beats and breaks of samba through quick, fun rhythm warm-ups.
Before long, each group moves on to real percussion instruments, learning its own instrument and rhythm. As confidence grows and the sound tightens, the sections join forces to prepare a spectacular grand finale.
Nobody sits on the sidelines. Even your most reserved employees are soon grinning as they stomp, clap and drum alongside their colleagues, and the room discovers what a team sounds like when everyone moves to the same beat.
Learning outcomes
A great samba finale is built from many layers working side by side, much like a well-run organization. Every section keeps its own rhythm, yet the music only works when all the parts fit together.
The session shows how shared timing and standards drive consistent excellence. When each person and each section delivers on its role, the whole band succeeds, and the result is far bigger than any single contribution.
Performing in front of colleagues builds courage and confidence, while the focus needed to stay on the beat brings a genuine sense of presence and mindfulness to the room.
Groups that want to go further can turn the experience into a community initiative, such as a sponsored samba band that performs for a local children's hospital or senior living community.
