Little Makers Charity Build
Build toys, invent games and give them to kids who need them.

About
Looking for a team event with real impact? Little Makers Charity Build turns your group into a pop-up toy company, and every toy it produces goes to a child in your community.
Each team opens a box of mixed wooden parts and a set of 3D plans for a range of toy designs. Before anyone grabs a mallet, the team takes stock of the parts, maps out its workflow and assigns every person a job on the production line.
Every toy goes through a quality check before it can be painted and decorated, so craftsmanship counts as much as speed. Once the toys are finished, teams invent simple, educational games that put them to good use, then show those games off in a relaxed finale.
At the end of the session, every toy and game is donated to a local children’s charity, school or children’s home. It is the kind of team building people actually talk about the next day.
Learning outcomes
Little Makers Charity Build turns abstract ideas like process and accountability into something your people can see and hold. Teams quickly learn that a clear plan and defined roles produce better results than everyone jumping in at once.
The quality check makes standards a shared responsibility. When a toy does not pass, the team has to diagnose the problem, fix it and keep the line moving without losing momentum, a challenge every manager will recognize.
Designing games for the toys shifts the focus to the end user. It is a simple but effective reminder to build with the customer in mind.
Because every toy is donated, the session carries a strong sense of purpose that lifts morale and pride. Participants leave with a shared win, a warm feeling and a better understanding of how teamwork and community impact go hand in hand.
